Agreement of our Terms and Conditions

By using this site, you agree and accept our terms and conditions. Neimer Art & Design reserves the right to add, modify and change these terms and conditions at any given time.


Neimer Art & Design website, its content, designs, products and images are copyrighted materials protected by USA and international copyright laws. You may not use Neimer Art & Design’s materials for any use other than browsing and shopping for your own private use.

You agree not to copy, reproduce or modify anything from the site, including Neimer Art & Design’s logo and name which is owned by us.

User Information

When using our site you may provide information about you. We are committed to protect our customers privacy. For more elaborate information please visit our Privacy Policy page.

Changes to these Terms 

Neimer Art & Design has the discretion to update its Terms of Use at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Order Timeline

All Neimer Art & Design’s products are made to order. This means that once you make a purchase we start to work on making it. On each product’s page you will find the “Product Details” section, stating how many business days it usually takes us to make your product. Sometimes, orders are processed faster, but we cannot guarantee a faster processing time. 

Products Disclaimer

The products you receive might vary slightly from the product’s picture due to the fact that our products are made to order. Please note that due to variations between computer monitors, colors may look slightly different.

Under “Product Details” on each product page you will find the following information regarding our product:

·        Product different sizes and options
·        Product material
·        Care instructions
·        Whether the design appears on one side or both
·        Production time
·        Shipping Time

Please note that if you order several items, we try our best to ship them together, but sometimes they might arrive in several packages. Additional packages won’t add shipping fee to your order.

Wholesale Orders

We do have an option for wholesale order. Please contact us for a quote.

Wholesale orders can have a lengthier processing time. Ask us for details.


Neimer Art & Design ships through the following carriers:

·        USPS
·        FedEx
·        UPS
US shipping time is usually 3-10 business days.

Neimer Art & Designs is not responsible and has no control over the package once it is shipped. Please bear in mind that various factors can affect a package delivery time, such as weather, carrier sorting delays, holidays, strikes, etc.

Rush Order

Some of our products can be rushed to be ready for shipping in 2-3 business days with an additional price. Please contact us for details before purchasing.

International Shipping

We happily support and love our international customers. We ship all International products through USPS, FedEx and UPS. International shipping time is usually 10-35 business days. International transit times may vary according to how long an item remains in customs. Neimer Art & Design is not responsible and has no control over the package once it is shipped. Neimer Art & Design is not responsible for any duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. The customer is responsible for all custom and duty fees billed by the destination country.


Cost Calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order:

·       Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

·       We charge a low shipping rate to be fair to all customers.

·       We offer free shipping in the USA on all orders over $249.


·        Under “Product Details” on each product page you will find the shipping time for that product.

·        Currently we do not provide expedited shipping. If you wish for faster shipping, you may contact us prior to purchasing and we will gladly assist you.

***Please bear in mind that asking for expedited shipping does not mean a faster processing time. Your product is still made to order, and as such, we will need to create it for you when you make an order. The processing time is listed under “Product Details” on each product page.


·        All products are unique and made to order and therefore they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

·        Gift Cards are not returnable.

·        If you have an issue with your product, you must contact Neimer Art & Design directly at the following email address: michal@neimerdesign.com
and provide all necessary information and photographs that support your claim within 3 business days of receiving your order. Upon investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. If yes, then the replacement won’t cost you anything.

·        Please do not send your purchase back to us, unless we explicitly ask of you to send your item back. If we do, we will provide with an address.

·       You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

·       Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

·       If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee we will receive your returned item.

·       During holiday season we reserve the right to only offer refund and no reprints. Due to high volume of orders, we simply won’t be able to grantee your order to arrive before Christmas. Note that refund will only be considered after receiving images of defective items. In some cases, we will request that you would send the item back to us.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at michal@neimerdesign.com
