All the designs are copyrighted by Neimer Art & Design and may not be resold or distributed.
However, if you wish to sell our products, you can contact us and ask about wholesale options.

Product Questions

All my foil products are made from real foil and it will not rub off easily! They will shine and change according to lighting and movements.

Sure! On each product page you can find Care Instructions under the “Product Details” section at the bottom of the page.

Sure! Some of the designs can be printed in different sizes. Please contact us before you purchase with the name of the design, the size you want, and if you want a canvas or a fine art paper print. If it is possible we will give you a quote.

I highly recommend choosing a frame size before ordering a print. If then the size you need isn’t listed in the product’s options, please contact us  and we will gladly help you get the size you need and send you a quote.

There are a lot of stores that sell frames, including Target, Michael’s and IKEA. But it is best to search for stores near you.

Sure! You can buy a gift card for your friend at any amount you wish. Your friend will receive your gift card (in a form of a coupon code) to his/her email once the payment has been received. There is no expiration date on the gift cards, so there’s no pressure to use them right away 🙂

Because I promised myself that I would only sell products that would create a WOW Effect for my customers, I ordered and tested myself each and every item I sell. I tested many products from many different manufacturers, and immediately rejected all the products with “just OK” quality to ensure you will get the BEST products out there.

Shipping Questions

We ship to the US through USPS, FedEx and UPS. Shipping time in the US is usually 3-10 business days. Please bear in mind that various factors can affect a package delivery time, such as weather, carrier sorting delays, holidays, strikes, etc. We cannot control the shipping carrier timelines and delivery date.

We happily support and love our international customers. We ship internationally through USPS, FedEx and UPS. International shipping time is usually 10-35 business days. Please note that international transit times may vary according to how long an item remains in customs

Neimer Art & Design recommends all customers to check their own country’s regulations for duty and brokerage fees before ordering. The customer is solely responsible for all custom and duty fees billed by the destination country.

If the order is not yet shipped then you may change your shipping address. It’s highly recommended that you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to make changes. Once the package has shipped we have no way of changing the address.

This could happen due to various reasons: incorrect address, the order was at the post office and was never picked up, or the order was refused/returned by the receiver. If this happens and you’d like your package reshipped, please contact us with the order number and we will work with you on reshipping it. Please note that reshipping fees will apply. 

If the package is returned and within 30 days we don’t get your response, the package will be discarded.

Since all our items are made to order, we cannot give a refund on returned orders.

Once the tracking ID indicates an order was delivered, then usually a family member picked up the package without informing the recipient. In rare circumstances it’s missing or stolen. If this is the case, then please file a claim with the shipping carrier:
·         File a claim with UPS
·         File a claim with USPS
·         File a claim with FedEx

No. We sometimes send high value orders by a courier. If the package arrived and you are asked to pay fees/duties/taxes, it is your responsibility to do so. If you choose not to accept the package, it will be considered abandoned, meaning it will not be returned to us and cannot be reshipped.

Order Questions

Yes, you may request to change your order within 1 hour of placing it and if your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll gladly change it for you. Please contact us to request a change and be sure to write “Urgent – Order Change” and the order number in the subject as it will help us track and change your order.

Yes, orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being submitted. Please contact us to request cancellation. Be sure to write “Urgent – Cancel Order” and the order number in the subject as it will help us cancel your order. Please keep in mind that all of our items are made to order, so if your order is already in production we will not be able to cancel it.

Yes, we provide free shipping in the U.S. on all orders over $249. We also offer discounts on all products from time to time exclusively to our Fantasy Club members. You can join our club here.

Yes, we accept all credit cards via PayPal.
Please note that you do not need a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card. After choosing “Proceed to PayPal” simply choose the option “Pay with a credit card”.

All our items are made to order and because of that each item has a different turnaround time. On each product page you can find information about production time and shipping time under “Important Notes” section for the item you’re looking at.

Some of our products can be rushed and made to order within 2 business days at an additional cost. Please contact us BEFORE purchasing to check if this option is available for the items in your cart.
**Keep in mind that rushed orders do not include expedited shipping!

*Please note that during holiday season (November 15th – January 1st) we cannot rush orders due to high orders volume.
